مخالف منذ 50 عاماً ينتظر غرامة مليوني درهم

أحال مكتب إدارة الجنسية والإقامة في خورفكان، شخصا من إحدى
الجنسيات الآسيوية إلى النيابة العامة للتحقيق في وقائع قضية تعود تفاصيلها
إلى ما قبل 50 عاماً، حيث قدم المدعو “م.م.ع” إلى الدولة في فترة الخمسينات
من القرن الماضي وعاش طيلة هذه العقود الزمنية داخل الدولة من دون أي أوراق
ثبوتية، وكان المدعو قد تقدم بطلب إلى مكتب الجنسية والإقامة في خورفكان
للحصول على جنسية الدولة موضحاً في طلبه الذي تقدم به أنه قدم إلى دولة
الإمارات العربية المتحدة منذ أكثر من 50 عاما ولم يغادرها حتى الآن، وعاش
واستقر بإمارة الشارقة ما يزيد على 25 عاما ثم انتقل إلى مدينة خورفكان
وتزوج وأنجب سبعة أبناء الأمر الذي دفع إدارة الجنسية والإقامة إلى تحويل
القضية للنيابة العامة للتحقيق معه حيث وجهت له النيابة تهمة الإقامة في
الدولة بصورة غير مشروعة، ومن المنتظر في حال تطبيق القانون على هذه الحالة،
ووفق اجراءات الجنسية والإقامة بشأن توقيع غرامات على المخالفين أن تلزمه
المحكمة بدفع غرامة تبلغ قيمتها نحو مليوني درهم عن 18250 يوماً.

هذا هو العدل ولا بلاش يا مدعين بالدفاع عن حقوق الانسان وقد
يكون هذا الشخص موجود بالبلد قبل وجود بعض الحكام والمسئولين والكثير من

ويغرم وهو بالكاد يفر قوته وقوت عياله الذين إنظلموا وإنحرموا كل ها السنين
بدفع ملونين درهم يا ترى ولا روبية الهندية العملة التي كانت متداولة أيام
الفقر قبل ما تكون هناك دولة بها الاسم (دولة الامارات العربية المتفوقة)
لو أحدكم سأل ها الريال شو لون مليون ما أظن يجاوب ولأنه عمره ما شاف ها
المليون حتى بالحلم ... وبدل أن تحاكم الحكام والمسئولين بها الظلم يحاكم
ها الغلبان الي كان فاكر حاط قدمه بأرض يستر عليه ويكون من السابقين
المواطنين لهذه الدولة بعد أن تصبح دولة تكون أو لاتكون .. ويا كثر البدون
بدولة الامارات الذين عليهم أن يدفعون هذه الغرامية بل أن يحصلوا على حقهم
بالجنسية ومن أين لهم بدفع هذه الغرامة وهم يا ما يلتون بالجوع والفقر من
كثر الضغوط عليهم من جميع الحهات.. العمل والعلاج والعمل .. الخ ... يا ترى
من له الجرأة على مواجهة مع هؤلاء الحكام السلاطين الظلمة.
وبدون أي حياة ولا مستحى ينشر الخبر بجريدة رسمية (الخليج)
ومثل كثير من ها القضايا دون يحرك جفن أي من المدعين بحقوق الإنسان ولا حتى
يكلفوا أنفسهم السؤال عن ها الآمر ... بالله عليكم أفيدونا عن أي إنسان
تدافعون الي بالمريخ ولا القمر ... والله لتسألون يوم الحشر عن كل صغيرة
وكبيرة .. وإن أنتم مب قد المسئولية لماذا ماخذين على عاتقكم حقوق الناس
وجرأة تتدعون بأنكم مدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان ومزينين مواقعكم بكلام معسول
وإنتم لا تهشوا ولا تنشوا إلا على دولة فقيرة التي لا تستطيع أن تدفع لكم
الرشاوي والدولة التي تدفع بعيد كل البعد عن أقلامكم وتقاريركم ورايتها
بيضة رغم كل السواد وعلى مرأي ومسمع الجميع وحتى هذه الرشاوي هي من حق
الناس ... تأكلون حتى التخمة وأنتم تعلمون ... ولكن الى متى ... وسوف يأتي
يوما يحاسب الراشي والمرتشي بعون الله ... ويكون حسابكم عسيرا مع هؤلاء
السلاطين الظلمة.
